Billing Policy for Customers

  1. Any funds remaining on an account that are not claimed within six (6) months shall be forfeited. Account holders are required to request disbursement of any remaining balance prior to departing the facility. The organization is not a financial institution and does not hold funds on behalf of students beyond the completion of training. It is the account holder's responsibility to monitor balances and ensure the timely withdrawal of funds.
  2. In the event of a no-call no-show for a scheduled appointment, a fee equivalent to one hour of ground instruction will be charged. This policy aims to compensate the instructor for lost time and will be evaluated on an individual basis.
  3. A deposit of $30 will be required for JTH training supplies that are provided for your flight. This deposit ensures that the supplies will be returned in their original condition and helps cover any potential loss or damage. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the equipment.
  4. The pilot acknowledges that they will be charged after each ground and flight session and is required to make payment immediately upon receiving the invoice. Payment terms may be adjusted based on individual circumstances.
