Our fleet includes sixteen helicopters and five fixed-wing aircraft, and we provide maintenance to both our own operations and the general public. We’re looking for an experienced, motivated A&P mechanic who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a close-knit aviation team — a role with real potential to grow into shop leadership as the company expands.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aircraft and components in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on both helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft
  • Diagnose aircraft system discrepancies and complete repairs using approved technical data and procedures
  • Accurately complete maintenance records, logbook entries, and documentation in compliance with FAA requirements
  • Collaborate with pilots, flight instructors, and maintenance personnel to ensure aircraft safety, reliability, and operational readiness
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safety-focused work environment while following company procedures and industry best practices

  • Strong communication skills — able to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
  • Positive attitude, professional work ethic, and commitment to continuous learning
  • Must possess basic hand tools appropriate for aircraft maintenance duties
  • Able to lift 50–75 pounds and work in both indoor and outdoor environments
  • May be required to participate in test flights in Robinson R22, R44, R66, and Cessna 172 aircraft

Growth & Training Opportunities

We’re committed to supporting long-term career growth. Based on experience and goals, opportunities may include:

  • Advancement into shop leadership and/or management positions
  • Assistance with IA training and testing
  • Robinson Helicopter factory maintenance training courses
  • Rolls-Royce maintenance training opportunities
