Whether you want to start a career as a helicopter pilot or simply take a scenic flight, our $140 demo flight is your ticket. You can sit in the pilot's seat and fly a helicopter for the first time under the supervision of a professional flight instructor — or sit back, relax, and enjoy the views of Oregon wine country from above.
What to Expect on the Day
If you decide to take the controls, your pilot/instructor will walk you through the operational systems of the helicopter, and you’ll receive official safety training on the Robinson R-22. From there, you’ll handle the cyclic and collective with hands-on coaching the whole way — no prior flight experience required.
Prefer to ride along? Bring a camera. The Willamette Valley from a thousand feet up is a different planet — neat patchworks of vineyard, the Coast Range to the west, and Mt. Hood cutting the eastern skyline on a clear day.

Booking Your Flight
All passengers must weigh less than 200 pounds for the R-22. Discovery flights book up quickly on weekends, so we recommend reserving at least a week in advance. Weather is our partner — if conditions don’t cooperate, we’ll happily reschedule.
